01 / Who We Are

A UK RF Jammer Manufacturer Built on a Decade of RF Engineering.

K9 Electronics was established to address a gap in the market for truly bespoke RF jamming systems — products engineered for specific operational requirements rather than adapted from generic commercial hardware. From our facility at Northampton Science Park, our team of RF engineers, firmware developers and thermal designers work across the full system lifecycle: concept, design, prototype, test and delivery.

We combine in-house capabilities across RF circuit design, digital waveform generation (AWJ), GaN power amplifier development and precision CNC machining for heatsink and chassis components. This vertical integration gives us control over every performance parameter and enables us to deliver solutions that off-the-shelf competitors cannot match.

Our track record with military buyers, defence contractors and government agencies is built on trust, technical proficiency and an unwavering focus on mission success. We work under NDA for sensitive programmes and maintain strict export compliance across all international supply.

02 / Technical Expertise

In-House Capabilities Across the Full Engineering Stack.

K9 Electronics does not outsource its core engineering. Every critical capability — from RF design to firmware to thermal management — is performed in-house at Northampton Science Park.

📡
RF System Design

Full RF signal chain design from DDS waveform generation through mixing, amplification and antenna interface. Frequency coverage from 20 MHz to 6 GHz with per-band power levels from 5 W to 200 W.

GaN Power Amplifier Development

In-house GaN PA design using Wolfspeed and other leading GaN-on-SiC devices. Stabilisation networks, bias sequencing and thermal management engineered for sustained high-duty-cycle operation.

💾
AWJ Firmware Development

Proprietary Agile Waveform Jamming firmware developed in-house on STM32 microcontrollers driving AD9106 DDS devices. Protocol-specific waveform modes for LoRa, OFDM, FHSS, FSK and GNSS denial.

🌡️
Thermal Engineering

Advanced thermal management for high-power modules in constrained form factors. In-house CNC machining (Roland MDX-540) for copper and aluminium heatsink fabrication. Heat-pipe system design for extreme duty cycles.

🔬
Electronic Warfare Systems

Counter-UAS, RCIED defeat and communications jamming systems engineered from module level through to complete man-portable and vehicle-mounted platforms. Modular architectures enabling field reconfiguration.

🔩
Hardware & PCB Design

Full schematic capture, PCB layout and hardware bring-up for RF front-ends, power supply systems and control electronics. Experience with 4-layer stackups, RF microstrip design and high-current power management.

Vision
The Global Standard in Bespoke EW Technology

To be the globally recognised leader in bespoke electronic warfare technologies — setting the standard for innovation, reliability and responsiveness in countering evolving threats to military and government operations across every operational theatre.

Values
Technical Integrity at Every Level

Excellence in engineering. Discretion and trust with programme partners. Agility in responding to evolving threats. Commitment to the highest standards of quality, security and compliance in every product we deliver.

04 / Our Values

The Principles Behind Every System We Build.

These values are not aspirational statements — they are the operational principles that govern every engineering decision, customer relationship and programme commitment at K9 Electronics.

🎯
Excellence in Engineering

The highest standards of technical proficiency and innovation in every design. Deep RF expertise combined with practical operational understanding ensures our systems perform when it matters most.

🔒
Discretion & Trust

Our relationships with military and government customers are built on trust and confidentiality. We operate under NDA for sensitive programmes and maintain strict controls on programme information.

Agility & Responsiveness

Threat landscapes evolve rapidly. Our engineering team is structured to respond quickly — from requirement capture to delivered prototype — without the delays inherent in larger organisations.

🌍
Compliance & Integrity

Strict compliance with UK export control law and the UK Strategic Export Control Lists administered by the Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU). End-user verification and end-use assessment for all international supply. No compromise on legal and ethical obligations in any market.

🔬
Innovation-Led Development

Continuous investment in proprietary technologies — AWJ waveform algorithms, GaN PA architectures and thermal management solutions — keeps our products ahead of the threat curve and ahead of the competition.

🤝
Partnership Approach

We work with our customers as engineering partners, not transactional suppliers. Every programme involves close technical collaboration from requirements capture through integration and operational deployment.
